With classes, work, rent to pay and roommates to deal with, sometimes life in Tallahassee can be hectic and overwhelming. It is important for us to take a break from the rigors of a busy college career and focus on what really matters: our hearts, minds, and spirits. Even Jesus took time to remove Himself from the stresses of life in order to rest, spend time with His friends and family, and talk to His heavenly Father. The Wesley Foundation offers several retreats throughout the year where you can take the necessary time to re-center and refocus in order to grow with the Lord and with each other.
